This is a long weekend away to be truly alcohol free and learning to find your purpose and meaning. We will have daily activities that include hiking, mindfulness, sober workshops, yoga, nutritious meals and more. You will also have quiet time to take a walk along the meditation path or reflect in your room. This is an opportunity to have fun without drinking- roast smores in the firepit, have mocktail happy hour, soak in the hot tub, and talk and laugh with your new friends.
This retreat is open to women only who are wanting to live life fully without alcohol. You don’t have to be completely sober to attend but the weekend will be completely alcohol free.
If you want to bring your sober bestie you can share a room or each get a single! You will each need to register for the retreat.
