The Nitty Gritty

Our retreat home is a one-hour drive from Denver International Airport. We will be connecting retreat guests in advance to coordinate shared rides.

We welcome all women with a genuine, shared interest in living substance-free. This includes those who are currently sober or sober-curious. It’s important to note that this retreat is not intended to be a replacement for addiction treatment or therapy and will not be suitable for those currently in active addiction.

You definitely do not need to be an experienced hiker to join us! Mary & Carrie are both passionate about sharing the joys of hiking and movement in nature and making retreats as accessible as possible. Feel free to get in touch to discuss if this is right for you!

Absolutely! We’ve created this experience in order to encourage connection and build community. Traveling solo on retreats is a great way to make new friends who are also sober.

We do have limited availability for single rooms at an added price. Please reach out to connect@sunandmoonsoberliving.com for details.
